Vladimir "Vlad" Pereverzev

Vlad, who always refers to himself in the third person by this nickname, is a post-Communist Muscovite entrepreneur who fled the old country two steps ahead of the Organitzaya who did not appreciate his loud complaints about their operations even if he was too cowardly to actually do anything about it. Comfortable in dealing with criminals, he is the owner of three shady motels in Tucson. He employs illegal immigrants brought across by the Gomez family in exchange for protection from them. He is very loud, fat, white-haired, with a bushy grey mustache and two mail-order wives who hate each other. Vlad despises organized religion and churches and often brings up how they're ruining this and every other country.

Vlad's motels are two called "Western Motel and Inn", confusingly named so he can shuffle money between the two. One is a dump on Miracle Mile, the other rather nice, south of downtown, near the Convention Center. The third is the "U Stop Inn", on Benson Highway.

Vlad previously beefed with a pimp named "Peanut" Bryce until he came under the protection of the Gomez family. Bryce continues to bear a grudge, but hasn't tried anything recently.

Vlad is an Ally of Raymundo Saavedra in the area of Business.
