Julieta Montes de Oca

This bloodthirsty but beautiful woman murdered a husband and her four siblings to gain control of the cartel that bears her family name, but even this has not satisfied her lust for power or paranoia. She is a major player in the Montes de Oca drug ring, perhaps the top player, depending on how you look at it. She started the MDO practice of bribing brujas and Satanists to perform rituals cursing her enemies - whether effective or not, these rumors made her seem even more terrible. The current rumor is that she cut the tongue out of her new husband (Jose Granados, whose name she didn't even take) so that he could never speak to anyone about any of her business.

She is currently wanted by the FBI and Tucson police for her involvement in many murders and drug investigations. She runs drug operations, dogfights, extortion rings, and protection rackets.
