A rangy, tough young man with deep debts, who came to the Gomez family with his expertise in mountaineering and outdoor survival after the 2000 drug war. He appreciates the importance of the job, and is an effective independent operator. After providing information to Ray Saavedra, he found himself cut out of the operations of part of the Gomez family, and was thus forced into an alliance with the player characters to keep the familiy from making a play to get back into the drug game.

Pacheco is pushing thirty and seems eternally surprised that he might make it. He always wears vaquero boots and blue jeans. He is a contact of Mercedes Gomez.
