Francisco Mendez

Francisco Mendez, also known as "The Old Man From Ensenada", is a legend among polleros, known for "impossible" runs across the border and for eluding the law enforcement of many countries for his whole, long life. He currently lives in Sonora in an isolated home high in the mountains, and has been winding down the activities of his gang as he ages. He is the father of Maritza Maldonado, Rinaldo Mendez and "Little" Frankie Mendez, and was largely blind.

A Contracted ally of a motley of Changelings, he recently passed that Contract on to Mercedes Gomez, and as he lay at deaths door, was spirited away by them to locations unknown. "Over the hills and far away."
