Dora Santamirano

A long-time operative of the Gomez family, Dora managed to dodge the drug war in 2000, but lost a son to the flying bullets of the Montes de Oca soldiers. Her three other sons are grown and living (illegally) in America. She often assists Gomez family members when operating in Sonora, and tries to keep the RV she lives in gassed and ready to move at a moment's notice. She was essentially forced into becoming an ally of Mercedes Gomez as she resisted returning to the drug game for reasons of grief and fear.
Heavyset but attractive, Dora works very hard to keep her ear to the ground, but relies entirely on the criminal enterprise for her income and is completely dependent on the future survival of the syndicate. She has been arrested several times but always has had a bribe ready.
