Teeters, a fifteen year veteran of law enforcement, came to Tucson after some "unpleasantness" in the LAPD required him to rat on his fellow officers. What status he has obtained in the department is the result of his talent and hard work, since he started in a hole due to his reputation as a snitch. Isolated, his marriage to local office worker Karen Teeters and his relationship with his two sons has suffered. The drinking doesn't help. Nevertheless he is a dedicated investigator with a great deal of experience and tenacity.

His past investigations included the 2000 Hugo Gomez Family Murder, still unsolved.

Current Activities

In the summer of 2008, Detective Teeters caught the call regarding the death of South Side fortuneteller Katarine Dospoy. Initially thinking it was natural causes, information from Carlos Moore has led him to investigate more thoroughly.
